OREA Continuing Education Course - October 18 - Disaster Preparedness and Mitigation

Instructor: John Temoyan, Vice President of HARBRO Emergency Services & Restoration

This class is an introductory overview of basic disaster preparedness principles including mitigation considerations from the facility management viewpoint.

This is not a presentation to review first aid or evacuation procedures but rather an informative and thought provoking, introduction level class introducing disaster preparedness integrated into the steps necessary to mitigate further damage from occurring.

Planning for and responding to water damage, mold and fire/smoke will be discussed.   By using real life loss examples and integrating both missteps and success stories along with class participation will ensure that you will come away with at least one good 'take away."

Qualifies for Oregon Real Estate Agency continuing education credit. Amount of credit is dependent on the length of the course. Courses are a minimum of 1 hour.
